The HEADstrong Lacrosse Club is a national lacrosse organization that operates as a division of the HEADstrong Foundation. The primary goal is to provide an unmatched standard of excellence athletically, academically and in the community.

d) State Child Abuse Clearance
e) Criminal Record Check
f) US Lacrosse Credentials
